I ordered the pink Margaret Lawton Warmth gown. I ordered a size large because the company was sold out of medium, and the information on the website states the gowns run small. I placed my order on October 26; I received the order around December 12th- a month and a half after I placed the order. Next, they sent a beautiful robe in an extra large. I looked like a pink marshmallow with all that fabric. Additionally, one of the pockets was not sewn in. My hand went right through it: no pocket. Like any reasonable consumer, I sent two emails spread a couple of days apart to the company and requesting either a refund or an exchange as I see they now have the smaller sizes available. I have heard nothing back. The gown I ordered was over $200. At the very least, a customer should get some response. While I think this gown is beautiful, and I'm willing to send it back for an exchange; thus far, I have been unimpressed with their customer service. Can someone please email me back about this? I don't want the 30 day return window to pass and have no recourse for either a refund or an exchange.
In short, beautiful product, poor quality control and even worse customer service.
